EMCHProgress is the name of our lift modernisation and retrofit programme. Whichever variant you choose, you will be a winner. You will also benefit from the fact that we manufacture everything in-house. This means that delivery times are relatively short – even if you amend the design of the cabin and shaft doors by choosing different colours and materials for example. You can take your pick from the same comprehensive range as for the EMCHMaster.
Modernisation improves comfort, aesthetics and safety
During a modernisation, we restore the lift to its original condition by retaining the existing substance. Modernisation involves only minor additional building work. Our optimum planning keeps downtime to a minimum. The benefits are instantly obvious and perceptible: greater ride comfort, modern equipment, simpler operation. Also very important is the improved safety on account of the fact that the system meets today’s standards.
Retrofit brings your lift right up to date
During a retrofit, we make lifts ready to meet current and future requirements. For example, we
- allow additional floors to be served
- install new accesses on the opposite side
- relocate the machinery room
- change the drive
- install a drive without a machinery room
The benefits of a retrofit can be extremely diverse: greater performance thanks to increased load carrying capacity and/or speed, improved functionality thanks to user-oriented accesses, greater comfort thanks to the repositioning of the machinery room.
